Meet our partners, Bill Benham and Bernadette Rozman Bellas.
Bill and Bernadette have deep experience in postsecondary educational operations, finance, academics and regulatory compliance. Together, they have a combined five decades of hand-on, strategic and success-oriented postsecondary education experience that they share with each client.

Bill has over 25 years of postsecondary education experience with direct Finance responsibility in the area of budgeting and forecasting, financial aid/Title IV, consolidation of accounting functions, mergers and acquisitions, implementing financial systems, financial models, insurance/risk management, treasury management, audits.

In addition to the areas of expertise listed above, Bill's executive level positions provided him with the opportunity to learn all aspects of postsecondary educational operations which he applies to his client work.
Bill has moved through positions of increasing responsibility from Director of Planning and Analysis to Controller to CFO. Within these roles, he has acquired experience and mastery in matters pertaining to the management and operation of accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budget management and control, student aid disbursement, budget preparation, financial information systems, credit management, collections, fiscal planning, financial statement preparation, investing, and payroll.
Prior to his entry into higher education, Bill's work experience includes working for a national direct mail marketing company, in multiple locations and levels of management, which provides him with sales and marketing experience and insight that are valuable to our clients.

In addition to the areas of expertise listed above, Bernadette's executive level experience, tenure on boards of trustees, and audits of broad internal and external requirements have provided the opportunity to learn all aspects of higher education operations. Bernadette held executive level positions reporting directly to the CEO. Her roles as Vice President demanded a high level of accountability in higher education and she had direct accountability for accreditation, state licensing, compliance, regulatory affairs, academic affairs, employer outreach, career services, and continuing education operations and other duties, as assigned.
Bernadette’s career in education followed a career in hospitality in which customer service, commitment, interpersonal skills and problem-solving were critical to her success. In addition, she was an adjunct faculty member at Penn State – Beaver campus in the associate’s degree in hospitality management program, which enhanced her love of learning as she inspired her students with her own passion for education.
